PVC Faux Marble Stone Strip Profile/Tile Plastic Extrusion Machine


PVC imitation marble lines, also called stone plastic lines, have high strength, compact texture, stability, high safety factor, environmental protection, no pollution, and no radioactive materials. The raw materials are PVC plastic, calcium carbonate, and related additives. This production line is mainly used for the production of PVC imitation marble lines. It uses a conical high-calcium twin-screw extruder, which can add a large amount of fillers and greatly reduces the cost. The equipment has low energy consumption and stable operation.

PVC profile is extrued with mold and surface is treated with hot-stamping machine directly in line or water transferring after extrusion, which makes a mirror-like surface with strong feeling of smooth and shining marble.
