The pipe produced by the large-diameter winding pipe equipment is made of high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. The rectangular pipe is first extruded through an extruder into the winding forming machine, while the second extruder ejects rubber strips and extrudes the composite. .
The inner and outer walls are flat and smooth, with a specification of 400-2200mm. The ring stiffness is divided into 4 levels according to different use conditions, which can reach 162, which can be adapted to acid-base liquids below 10%. This kind of pipe has corrosion resistance and light weight.

Pipe characteristics
1 Chemical resistance: not corroded by sewage, waste water and chemicals, and not corroded by decaying substances in the soil.
2 Impact resistance: The pipe wall adopts "I-shaped" structure, which is impact resistant and pressure resistant. It will not break even when the foundation is sinking. It has strong recovery after deformation and has good adaptability to any foundation.
3 Aging resistance: The pipe is usually black, which can withstand direct sunlight during storage and construction.
4 Cold resistance: The pipe will not be frozen, cracked, swelled and leaked in an environment of -80°C.
5 Light weight: Easy to transport and easy to construct, it is 1/8 of the weight of the cement pipe. Only an excavator is needed to bury the pipe without large equipment.
6 Convenient connection: The pipe can be connected outside the trench first and pushed into the trench with an excavator. During the construction of urban drainage projects, the required engineering time and engineering costs can be reduced.
7 Superior abrasion resistance: It is more abrasion-resistant than steel pipes and cement pipes, and has better transport capacity for domestic water and waste residue.
